IMPORTANT: Confirm availability before booking. Verbal bookings accepted – but deposit must be received within 7 days. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date. No allowance can be made if you are not able to take up occupancy unless we can find a taker at such short notice. Costs will be deducted.
